Designer Policy
At Oasis/New World Rugs our mission is to provide the finest and latest carpets to the Design Trade. Since we work together with interior designers in a several hundred mile radius our staff is not only experienced with all styles of carpets and natural fiber products, but we also have the advantage of being able to help you with your selections.

At Oasis we do the work for you. You can either refer your client to us and have us handle the rug end of your project for you, visit one of our showrooms and select rugs for us to take to your clients home or to your office for fabric selection or do the selection and delivery yourself.

Pricing
Our “retail” pricing is fair to the public. Our policy is to market the finest rugs at a price consistent with industry standards and not at inflated prices and big discounts. We rarely or never have sales to the public as we feel this only undermines our designers business and integrity. We choose to protect you, the interior designer. This is our primary business.

It is our policy not to discount to the public. We work hard to insure that our prices are comparable to other “To-Trade-Only” rug stores. Discounts to Trade will vary depending your level of effort in the projects and somewhat on the rugs that are chosen. For example, many “one-of-a-kind rugs” are discounted less than “programmable” because they are not as available and difficult sometimes to find in alternative sizes. Consumer rugs, such as Nourison, are widely marketed and we understand the importance to keep our designers competitive so we discount accordingly.
